A second-year high school student, he often spends time with other carnivores such as Legoshi, Bill, and Tao. For example, when Bill attempted to go out and procure meat from the back market, he worked with Legoshi to calmly dissuade him, demonstrating his outstanding sense of propriety among the group of carnivores.

He has also been in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend. She described Legoshi’s passion for Haru as almost akin to "faith," sharply pointing out that his unique perspective on romance is strikingly out of the ordinary.
