Keisuke Ueda

Keisuke Ueda was born on September 5, 1989, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan.

He was raised in a large family with one older sister and two younger sisters, making him one of four siblings.

His first step into the entertainment world was spurred by his older sister, who submitted him for the 18th Junon Super Boy Contest, but it wasn't until the following year—when he applied himself—that he made it to the finals.

Ueda’s origins in the Kansai region play a significant role in his friendly and witty public persona.

Ueda’s professional journey began in earnest after gaining attention as a Junon Super Boy finalist in 2006 while still in high school.

His debut as an actor came in 2007, and he rapidly built a reputation as a leading figure in the world of 2.5D stage adaptations (live-action performances of anime, manga, and game content).

His signature stage roles include:

• Japan in the musical "Hetalia"
