Görtz is a first lieutenant in the Imperial Guard of the Germanian Empire. He captured Ortfiné "Finé" Fredericka von Eylstadt and attempted to transport her to the capital, Neue Berlin, aboard a transport plane (Ju 52). During the journey, when Izetta regained consciousness, Görtz was blown away along with the rear section of the transport plane and killed.
