Ougai

He is a member of the Dakini Tribe, one of the three major mercenary tribes commanding a mercenary unit of the Liberation Army. Known as the “Destructive Tank,” he possesses a powerful physique and a single broken horn. He excels at combat techniques that rely primarily on brute strength.

Previously, he and Hedoro formed the "Horn Gang," destroying many planets together. However, when he attempted to eliminate Hedoro after Hedoro was affected by a parasitic species, he suffered defeat due to the vast difference in strength, experiencing the humiliation of having his horn broken.

During the Silver Soul Arc, he overwhelms the Yorozuya, the Yagyuu Family, and the residents of Kabuki District with his sheer might. However, he encounters Hedoro again, who has returned to protect the flowers. Attempting to attack due to their unresolved past, he is defeated by a single blow from Hedoro, losing his right arm and his remaining horn.

He is a member of the Dakini Tribe, distinguished by his three horns (one of which is broken) and a scar over his left eye. He wields a massive iron club effortlessly as his weapon. In truth, he was once a comrade of Hedoro and co-led the "Horn Gang" with him.
