In battle, she wears a bold, revealing, bondage-like outfit. However, her regular clothes are more reserved, like black dresses or sailor-style outfits. Her wings are variable in size, growing larger in fights. Over time and across games, her wardrobe evolves, with later appearances showing her in a modest queenly dress.

Dizzy is deeply gentle, innocent, and avoids conflict whenever possible. She cares deeply about her loved ones, especially her adoptive parents, friends, and family. Dizzy is pure-hearted and always puts others’ well-being first. As a mother, she’s loving but a bit strict about her son Sin’s education. Even though her powers can be fearsome, she never wants to harm anyone unless absolutely necessary.

Dizzy was abandoned as a baby but taken in by an elderly couple in a small village. She grew rapidly, looking like an adult by the age of two and a half, and frightened villagers by growing wings and a tail. Forced to flee with the help of her adoptive parents, Dizzy hid in a forest, labeled as a dangerous Gear and hunted as a fugitive.

She met Ky Kiske and Sol Badguy, significant figures in her life, during this time. Eventually, Johnny and the Jellyfish Pirates rescued Dizzy, bringing her into their group. There, she learned about the world and developed close relationships.

Later, Dizzy and Ky fell in love and got married. She became pregnant and discovered her Gear-side affects her biology in odd ways, like laying an egg instead of a typical childbirth. Their son, Sin Kiske, inherited her rapid growth.

Dizzy was involved in major incidents, including being sealed away to prevent her disappearance, only to be freed later. Despite the dangers and misunderstandings, Dizzy always tries to make peace and live happily with her family.

Dizzy has powerful long-range and special attacks, utilizing her wings and two guardian Gears, Necro (right wing, aggressive) and Undine (left wing, defensive and calm). She manipulates magic attacks like ice and water and transforms parts of her body during combat. Dizzy’s defensive skills are high, but she is physically less durable in comparison to some fighters.

Her fighting style focuses on controlling space with projectiles and using mobility. Over time, new abilities and variations were added, making her more versatile and suited for players who like technical gameplay.

Ky Kiske

Dizzy’s husband, Ky, is a major part of her life. They fell in love after facing many trials, and together, they have a son, Sin. Dizzy respects and cares for Ky greatly, often expressing her affection openly. Their relationship progresses from shy and unsure to a strong, loving partnership.

Sol Badguy

Sol is Dizzy's biological father, though this is revealed later in the story. Their bond is complex; Dizzy instinctively trusts Sol, and he protects her, even before knowing their connection.

Sin Kiske

Dizzy is Sin’s mother. She is loving but strict, especially about his homework and manners. Their relationship is sometimes comical, as Sin's wild nature contrasts with Dizzy's hopes for his upbringing.

Friends and Allies

Dizzy is close with members of the Jellyfish Pirates, especially Johnny and May. She also forms friendships with characters like Bridget. Testament, who once protected Dizzy in the forest, remains important to her. Dizzy has connections with other members of the Valentine family as well.

Early Life and Tragedy

As a baby, Dizzy was abandoned and adopted by a kind couple. She matured rapidly due to her Gear blood, which led to her wings and tail developing at a young age. Feared by villagers, she and her adoptive parents were forced to flee; she found refuge in a forest known as "The Devil’s Domain."

Targeted as a Gear

Dizzy became a wanted fugitive, fighting off bounty hunters without hurting them, and met Ky Kiske and Sol Badguy during this time. Ky, moved by Dizzy’s peaceful nature, refused to defeat her even when he could.

Sol eventually defeated her, but let her live, entrusting her future to Ky.

Time with the Jellyfish Pirates

After escaping immediate danger, Dizzy joined the Jellyfish Pirates. With help from Ky and President Gabriel, the public was misled to think she had been "destroyed," allowing her a somewhat hidden but freer life. She learned new skills and began to experience happiness.

Building a Family

Ky and Dizzy fell in love and eventually married. Their son Sin was born from an unusual, Gear-like pregnancy, highlighting Dizzy’s differences from humans. Sin’s rapid growth forced difficult decisions, such as entrusting his care to Sol for a time.

The Gear Disappearance Incident

Dizzy was nearly erased during a crisis called the "Gear Disappearance Incident," but Ky managed to stop it using his sacred sword. This caused political fallout, but Bind-breaking efforts by Dr. Paradigm eventually freed her.

Later Life and Queenhood

Upon her return, Dizzy continued to grow as a person and mother. She was later recognized as a queen, ruling a nation with Ky. In battle, she learned to control her powers further, even mastering advanced techniques like Dragon Install.

STRIVE Era

In GUILTY GEAR STRIVE, Dizzy becomes officially the “Queen Dizzy,” jointly governing a new country called Vialatia with Ky. She appears in a dignified dress, showing maturity both as a leader and as a mother. Her bond with Sol grows, and her family fully unites.
