Kou

In the Silvelt Arc (Fifth Loop), a yellow Filolial King was hatched by Motoyasu Kitamura. He refers to Motoyasu as "Kitamura" and Naofumi Iwatani as "Iwatani." Possessing an extremely strong sense of curiosity and appetite, he goes as far as trying to eat Keel (after his beastman transformation in the Sixth Loop), Imiya, and even Itsuki Kawasumi (Eighth and Ninth Loops). Although he gets along well with Rifana, Raphtalia, and Elmero, his behavior of treating his companions as food is corrected by Naofumi Iwatani. As a result, he develops a wariness toward Naofumi.

His bloodline was not particularly distinguished and he was originally intended to be sold to a monster merchant while still in his egg. However, after Motoyasu purchased Yuki's egg and requested more eggs, this one was specially given to him.
