Fitoria

Fitoria is a very large Filolial, about six meters long in her Filolial (bird-like) form.

Her feathers are mostly white with light blue accents.

When she turns human, Fitoria looks young and has short, shiny silver-blue hair and red eyes.

She can look like an average blue Filolial or take a shape similar to Filo.

After leveling up, her stats almost double.

Her human-like form and soft features make her look cute but mysterious.

Fitoria is often calm, wise, and distant.

She tries to guide others, but hides her true thoughts and plans.

She loves her kind and will do anything to protect the world from danger.

Fitoria can be strict and even threatening, especially when dealing with the Legendary Heroes.

She is honest about her disappointment when heroes argue instead of working together.

Fitoria can be sneaky, playful, and even a bit petty, like when she locks away dragon weapons from the heroes.

She sometimes talks very formally, but at other times acts energetically, similar to Filo.

Fitoria is a Filolial Queen who was once raised by one of the original Legendary Heroes.

She has witnessed many generations of heroes and tragedies.

After her time as a hero’s companion ended, she became a guardian of the world, controlling her Filolial kin from a secret place.

Her existence as a Filolial Queen is widely believed to be just a legend.

Fitoria is incredibly strong in both magic and physical attacks.

She easily fights and counters heroes like Filo and Naofumi Iwatani.

As a Queen Filolial, she can speak human language but often chooses not to in public.

She can give a "crest" and blessing to Filolials, boosting their stats, sometimes even doubling them.

Fitoria can use powerful magic, even casting Liberation class spells.

She can disguise herself both as a regular Filolial and as a human girl.

Her power is so great that she once tore apart the True Dragon Emperor.

She has access to special weapons, especially those built to fight dragons.

With Filo

Fitoria tests Filo's strength, eventually recognizing her potential as a future queen.

She gives Filo a crest and blessing, allowing her to communicate.

Fitoria also uses Filo's "crest feather" to talk to Naofumi Iwatani through Filo.

With Naofumi Iwatani

Fitoria advises Naofumi to work together with the other heroes.

Naofumi does not fully trust her because of her secretive nature.

With the Other Heroes

Fitoria is very strict with the Legendary Heroes.

When they argue or ignore their real duties, she considers replacing them.

With Dragons

Fitoria absolutely hates dragons and locks away any dragon-related weapons.

She keeps special anti-dragon weapons in her sanctuary.

She has even fought and defeated a legendary dragon in the past.

• Fitoria’s Filolial followers make unique noises: hers say "Gua," while Filo’s say "Kue."
• Fitoria very rarely appears to humans.
• She only speaks through Filo in public, and this sometimes causes misunderstandings.
• She is very, very old and has seen many waves and hero groups across history.
• She likes to use threats and even tricks if necessary, such as telling Filo she would make things worse if demands are not met.
• She sometimes acts out of spite or playfulness, such as locking certain legendary weapons or giving upgrades only for quests she makes.
• In official side stories, Fitoria is shown joking, running away from responsibility, and even fighting over food with Filo.

Meeting the Heroes

Fitoria first shows up near the Dragon Hourglass during a wave, dealing with threats and observing Naofumi Iwatani’s party.

She wants to know Filo’s true power, so she challenges her in battle and tests her loyalty.

Seeing the Legendary Heroes always fighting, Fitoria considers drastic measures, like "removing" all the current heroes and summoning new ones.

Filo's Trial

After Filo passes Fitoria’s test, Fitoria accepts her strength and gives her a crest feather and blessing.

With this, Filo and Fitoria can communicate across long distances.

Fitoria tells Naofumi Iwatani to try harder to get along with the other heroes for the world’s safety.

Waves and Conflict

Fitoria spends her time keeping peace during waves, especially those far from human towns.

She helps Motoyasu Kitamura and others during a wave after the fight with Takt, and stores special anti-dragon weapons.

Battles and Secrets

When the heroes go to the past, they meet Filolials of that era and learn about their connection.

It is revealed that Fitoria is a modified Filolial with special protection genes, created by the Carriage Vassal Weapon.

The Spirit Tortoise Fight

Fitoria helps fight the Spirit Tortoise to protect the world and gives Naofumi's group time to act inside the beast.

She appears in her giant Filolial Queen form with the Carriage Vassal Weapon.

Later Events

Fitoria meets Filo and Melty Q Melromarc during training, tries to push Naofumi by using Filo, and hands out rewards or power-ups only when they help her.

She chides Naofumi for refusing her requests and gets frustrated if ignored, showing a more playful and petty side.

Her speaking human language more in later versions may be due to changes from the heroes affecting the future.

Other Appearances

In spinoff stories like "Reprise of the Spear Hero," Motoyasu calls her "Big Filolial-sama," and tries to hug her, which Fitoria dislikes.

She often has to avoid Motoyasu because of his obsession with Filolials.

Fitoria has shown interest in Motoyasu’s Dragon Hourglass Needle.

In comedic or "what if" side stories, Fitoria is shown escaping after accidentally killing the heroes, fighting over Melty, or being jealous of a floating balloon ride Naofumi made.

Fitoria continues to protect the world from waves because of a promise she made to the hero who raised her.

Although she is very wise and powerful, Fitoria sometimes has trouble understanding humans and does not always get human feelings and reasons.
