Lemrina Vers Envers is a princess who first appears in the second part of ALDNOAH.ZERO. Even though she is of royal blood, she has always felt out of place because she and her half-sister, Asseylum Vers Allusia, have different mothers. Growing up, Lemrina faced cold treatment and carries complex feelings and ambitions. She takes on the role of her sister's double, stirring up conflicts as a fake Asseylum. While helping Slaine Troyard—who faces similar discrimination—Lemrina develops feelings for him, but these feelings also cause her pain and jealousy. Her story is one of conflict, love, and trying to find her true self.
Because Lemrina was born on the Moon, her legs are weak and she usually uses a wheelchair.

Feelings for Slaine
While living on Mars, Lemrina talks a lot with Slaine Troyard.
He teaches her about Earth, and he is the one person who treats her as Lemrina, not just as Asseylum’s stand-in.
Because of this, she starts to fall in love with him.
However, she sees that Slaine cares deeply for Asseylum, and she grows jealous.
Trying to Take Everything
Over time, Lemrina wants to have all the things Asseylum has, including the attention Slaine gives her sister.
After Saazbaum dies, Lemrina announces that she is breaking away from the Vers Empire’s government—as Asseylum—and also declares her engagement to Slaine.
Trapped by the Truth
Not long after, the real Asseylum wakes up.
Lemrina discovers that Slaine has kept Asseylum hidden while telling everyone she is very sick.
This hurts Lemrina, and she wants to know the truth.
She goes alone to the landing castle where Asseylum is hidden and finally meets her sister face-to-face.
Becoming a Prisoner
At first, Lemrina points a gun at Asseylum, but her anger at Slaine has grown.
She and Asseylum work together to learn what Slaine really thinks.
In the end, both sisters end up as prisoners together.
Lemrina is a very complex character.
She wants to be recognized for who she really is, not just as someone’s replacement.
Her life involves schemes, love, jealousy, and the pain of being different.
Even when making tough choices, Lemrina tries to find her own way.
