Sarah

She is the administrator of multiple plants and serves as Isabella's superior. She highly values Isabella's abilities as a caretaker. Her face is always obscured in shadow, and details such as her age are unknown.

During Isabella's childhood, Sarah was her "Mama" while they lived together at the farm, but when Isabella discovered the secret of the farm, she attempted to escape. However, this was also part of Sarah's plan.
