Teruko Ōkura is the feared deputy leader of the "Hunting Dogs" unit, known as the "Queen of Blood Thorns." Although she looks like a young girl, her presence alone terrifies both friends and enemies. Teruko acts with strong beliefs about justice, and her story includes key scenes where she stands by her captain through dramatic confrontations and tough decisions.

She is always dressed in a way that makes her seem both innocent and intimidating at the same time.
Teruko has the attitude of a bossy queen and sometimes comes off as selfish.
She uses old-fashioned language and refers to herself as "I."
Her sense of justice is very strong, and she works hard to keep order.
Teruko can be scary and shows a sinister side, especially when talking to her teammates, who all fear her anger.
Strangely, she softens her attitude only when talking to Ōchi Fukuchi.
Despite her maturity and leadership, she sometimes acts like a child, getting over a bad mood with something as simple as a piggyback ride.
Teruko is the vice captain of the "Hunting Dogs," a special police unit.

Teruko’s ability lets her change the age of anyone she touches, including herself.
If she touches you, she can instantly make you an old person or a little kid, and you stay that way even after she lets go.
In close-range battles, it means she almost always wins.
She often uses this power for interrogation, making her targets weaker and unable to resist.
No matter how tough someone is, they can’t handle her unique torture.
Teruko treats most people with a cold and strict attitude.
But when it comes to her captain, Ōchi Fukuchi, she acts much kinder and looks up to him deeply.
She doesn’t care much about anyone else, focusing all her attention on her captain.

She demands to see Ranpo using a message left by Tachihara.
Choosing a Side

Teruko is deeply respected and feared as a police officer.
She proudly states, "No matter what happens, the police must never harm citizens."
