Eiko

Eiko is a female student who always looks cheerful and energetic. She is sometimes seen carrying her own camera to take photos.

Eiko is kind, cheerful, and easily excited.

She is also a little shy around people she admires, like Iruma Suzuki and Ameri Azazel.

She worries about talking to her crush directly and often ends up watching from afar.

Even though she is often unlucky, Eiko is determined and keeps trying to help her friends.

Eiko is a first-year student in Class A at Babyls Demon School.

She has a younger brother named Eita, who later joins the same school.

Her family’s bloodline magic is not revealed.

She is close friends with Gaako, a dragon-type girl.

Eiko was not comfortable with Alice Asmodeus in the beginning, but they later bond because both adore Iruma Suzuki.

Eiko's rank was originally Aleph (1), but she likely advanced to Bet (2) thanks to her academic achievements.

She is good at organizing notes, gathering information, and moving quickly without being noticed.

Her quick thinking helps her survive tough events at school.

The Duel Incident

During a duel between Alice Asmodeus and Iruma Suzuki, Eiko is almost caught by Alice's attack.

Iruma jumps in to save her, and this starts her big crush on him.

Trying to Thank Iruma

Eiko wants to thank Iruma and tries to approach him.

She gets nervous because Alice is always around Iruma, so Eiko watches them from a distance.

Later, Alice recognizes Eiko as a fellow Iruma fan, and they start keeping in touch.

Saved by Ameri

During a school event, a sign almost falls on Eiko.

Ameri Azazel saves her in time, and Eiko becomes a huge Ameri fan.

She writes in a “fan notebook” to keep track of her favorite moments for both Iruma and Ameri.

Academic Success

Wanting to help Iruma, Eiko makes detailed notebooks for the final tests and gives them to Alice, who then passes them to Iruma.

Working hard on her notes also helps Eiko, and she ranks tenth in her class.

Survival Events

In the Harvest Festival, Eiko gathers ingredients quietly, using her quick movements from always watching Iruma unnoticed.

Even with a low score (666 points), she survives until the end alone.

Ameri is impressed by her hard work.

Missed Chances

Eiko often misses her chances to talk to Iruma.

She daydreams when Iruma comes to collect garbage during the cherry blossom event, so she does not notice him.

She turns down a group date, not knowing Iruma will join.

Eventually, her younger brother Eita gets to talk to Iruma before she does.

Later Events

Eiko becomes interested in a mysterious idol after seeing Iruma in a different form during a tournament, not knowing it is actually Iruma.

She keeps missing her chance to speak directly with Iruma.

Eiko appears in almost every manga volume, especially on bonus pages.

The creator makes it a rule to include Eiko or her brother Eita in every bonus page.

She does not appear in the extra pages of volume 25 and vanishes from the main story after volume 32.

From volume 34 on, a “Safe Eiko” version appears in bonus pages to keep up the tradition.

Most of Eiko’s activity and character development happens in these extra pages or comedy segments.
