He watched as his weapon spread across the island, nearly defeating his enemies.
In the end, Luffy beat Caesar with a powerful punch, and Caesar tried to escape with Doflamingo's henchmen but failed.
He was captured and forced to leave the island with the Straw Hats.
Dressrosa
In Dressrosa, Caesar was supposed to be traded to Doflamingo by Law, but plans went wrong.
At the same time, Big Mom’s crew tried to capture him for his research.
He was taken to the elephant island of Zou.

At Zou, Caesar was forced by Chopper Tony Tony and Sanji to make an antidote to save the people poisoned by one of his gas weapons.

Whole Cake Island
Taken to Big Mom’s castle, Caesar was ordered to finish the giantification drug in two weeks or be killed.
Under threat, he worked with the Fire Tank Pirates and joined Luffy’s group’s plot to assassinate Big Mom.
His weapon failed to harm Big Mom because of her power.
He received his heart back from Bege and escaped with the Fire Tank Pirates and the Vinsmoke family.
Wano Country
Caesar appears in Chopper’s memory, offering to help improve the time limit for Chopper’s enormous form.

In a side story, Caesar tried to escape Big Mom’s territory and ended up working with Judge Vinsmoke and other ex-MADS scientists.
