The mysterious man who serves as the leader of the organization "SSC," which is dedicated to eliminating otaku culture, plots to annihilate the revolutionary army and otaku under the guise of "protection." He has a cold, ruthless personality and treats his subordinates as mere tools. Believing himself to be special, he seeks to become the ultimate being and aims to become the creator of the world. In the past, he worked in game development, but fell into despair due to harsh criticism from those around him. After encountering Origin, he founded SSC with the goal of eliminating otaku and becoming a creator.
