Sora is a timid middle schooler working hard at the "Angel 24" convenience store on the first floor of Schale. Even though she is afraid and finds it difficult to talk to people, she bravely serves customers—usually only Sensei. Despite being quite small and shy, Sora is responsible for orders and acts as the store manager. She's a memorable character because of her nervous kindness and unusual experiences surrounding her shop and life.
Sora wears a blouse styled like a polo shirt, black shorts, and a blue apron.
Her hair is long, straight, and golden blonde.
She parts her bangs down the middle and ties them behind her ears with ribbons, showing off her big forehead.
Although she doesn't often open her mouth wide, Sora actually has small, pointy canine teeth.
On her left wrist, she wears a scrunchie that matches the flower strap on her old flip-phone.
She is short, likely in the 140 cm range, because she is half a head shorter than Ayane Okusora (153 cm) and Kayoko Onikata (157 cm) in an anniversary video.
However, in the store, she stands at the same height as Airi (160 cm), so she probably uses a box or platform during work.
Because of her tiny size, her apron doesn't fit well: the right strap always slips down, and she has tied the left strap shorter to make it wearable.
Sora is quite fearful and struggles with talking to others.
She gets nervous talking to customers, especially Sensei, and is distrustful of people who are too nice without a reason.
She often worries about her future and the safety of her workplace, especially because wild things sometimes happen near the store.
When someone presses and holds her head in the shop screen, instead of smiling like most students, Sora's eyes swirl, showing panic or anxiety.
Sora is a middle school student who works in Schale's first-floor convenience store, Angel 24.
She was hired partly because her age and timid personality made it difficult to find work elsewhere, and she desperately needed money.
She serves as both the main staff and the effective manager, taking care of things like ordering products.
She carries an old, almost broken flip phone that matches her flower-themed accessories.
Her family (or someone close) warned her to be cautious about strangers who act kind without a clear reason, which makes her suspicious of Sensei.
Sora's only regular customer is usually Sensei, so she often worries about how to sell items and what will happen if Sensei stops coming.
Sora handles store ordering, customer service, and manages the shop inventory all by herself.
She is trusted to run the store even late at night and is in charge of disposing of expired foods safely.
She is skilled enough to act as acting manager.
Sora has also gotten used to standing on things for better customer service because of her height.
- Sensei: The main customer, but not really close. Sora feels nervous and a bit wary around Sensei, partly due to rumors and past warnings from home, but also feels that Sensei might be trustworthy after certain events.
- RABBIT Squad: After helping them with food during a crisis, Sora became familiar with the group, and they regularly collect surplus store bento from her.
- Arona: Like with other students, Arona can "pat" Sora's head in the shop, but Sora reacts very differently compared to others.
- Hina Sorasaki: Sora ends up with Hina Sorasaki's phone number after a strange lost-item event, showing she now knows some influential people from different schools.
Working at Angel 24
Sora works part-time at Angel 24, the shop located on Schale's first floor.
She manages orders, deals with customers (mostly Sensei), and faces problems with food wastage due to the lack of shoppers.
Happy Valentine's Patrol Event
Sora accidentally over-orders "Angel Chocolate" and has too many to sell, so she's chosen as a "promise" partner in the Valentine's event.
Although she is worried about being around Sensei, she helps sell the chocolates outside and they sell out quickly.
Famous students from schools like Trinity and Gehenna buy the chocolates, making Sora wonder why Sensei knows so many important people.
In the end, she adds a handwritten thank-you note to the last chocolate and gives it to Sensei.
Calbanog Rabbit Arc (Vol.4)
During Chapter 1, with RABBIT Squad starving at a camp, Sensei arranges for Sora to give them nearly expired bentos.
After this, RABBIT Squad routinely collects leftover bentos, and Sora becomes friendly with them.
In Chapter 2, Sora fears that her store will be taken over by the super strict "Kaiser Corporation" (without confirmation if this is true).
The bento shipments stop during this time, possibly because of Kayama Reijo, but the reason is unclear.
The Beginning of Miracles Arc (Final Chapter)
This happens between Chapter 1 and 2 of the Calbanog Rabbit arc.
Because the building with Schale's office is taken over by the Kaiser PMC, Angel 24 is shut down for a while.
Sora is confirmed to be safe after a visit from RABBIT Squad, though she's still available as a shop NPC in-game as usual.
Mainless Present Mini-Story
While working at Schale's building, Sora sees a forgotten present and gets confused.
Things get complicated but, as a result, she obtains Hina Sorasaki's phone number and gains connections with students from various schools.
She also mentions she'll work over Christmas, possibly due to having no money.
- Sora's working hours have supposedly lasted non-stop since the start of Blue Archive's service in February 2021, except during maintenance times.
- According to the 1st anniversary PV, she also works at a second store called "Angel 24 East Schale Street No. 2," but there is debate about whether it's really a separate store, a franchise, or just for special events.
- Sora's apron is always worn awkwardly because of her small size.
- She sells not just food but unusual and dangerous things in her store, like explosives, tracers, grenades, and even guns.
- In an official Lawson convenience store collaboration in September 2023, Sora appeared in Angel 24 uniform with RABBIT Squad, confirming her status as an official shop mascot.
- In January 2024, Sora got a 3D model at the "Blue Archive Fes! 3rd Anniversary Event," used for limited event goods and voiced announcements.
- She has a special quirk: in English/Korean comics, it’s revealed that if she falls asleep, Sora has strange dreams. One dream was about accidentally blinding customers with sunlight reflected from her forehead.
- When her head is patted in the shop (like with other students), Sora panics and her eyes spin, rather than looking happy.
- Even though she is not a playable character, Sora often interacts with many main characters through her store.
- Her voice actress, Koko Hayashi, also works as a convenience store mascot in reality, fitting Sora's role perfectly.
Sora does not have a last name officially assigned.
Her birthday, weight, age, and blood type are not disclosed.
She is the only character you can always find at the shop, ready to greet Sensei 24 hours a day, every day.
