Komekko

Komekko looks almost exactly like a tiny version of Megumin.

She is five years old with short twin ponytails and wears star-shaped hair accessories.

Her appearance is cute and lively, making her very memorable.

Komekko is energetic and very independent, always going where she wants.

Her personality is very similar to her sister Megumin — strong-willed, clever, and not afraid to challenge others.

She does not listen to people and often ignores what they say.

She is always hungry, eats anything she can find, and has a wild-child attitude.

Even though she is still young, she is fearless and acts on her own.

Komekko is seven years younger than Megumin and the youngest in her family.

Her birthday is on May 5th.

Her family is poor, so she is used to being hungry and tries to eat whatever she can find, even Chomusuke, the black fire-breathing cat, who she considers emergency food. Sometimes, she even play-bites Chomusuke to satisfy her hunger.

Komekko cannot use magic yet because she is still too young.

Even so, she shows signs of strong magical talent.

She can easily use magical tools that need high magic power, such as a mana-powered bath, even before learning real magic.

Some characters believe she might have even more potential than Megumin.

It is said she has a natural gift for controlling demons and is very good at getting along with magical creatures.

Komekko greatly admires her sister Megumin and praises her for everything, like catching insects or stealing vegetables when they were younger.

Even though Megumin is very attached to her, Komekko already acts quite independent and does not act sad when Megumin leaves, though she does feel lonely sometimes.

She is friendly with Chomusuke, though she first brought him home as food.

She can easily charm or win over adults and adventurers, getting them to buy her food or treats by praising them.

Komekko calls herself "the best little sister of the Crimson Demon Clan: the magical sister!"

She likes to visit the adventurers’ guild and is not afraid of rough people.

She once helped solve many "pickled quests" in Axel just by cheering on the adventurers.

Megumin taught her to ask adults for food, and this trick works very well for her.

Komekko is sometimes called a "femme fatale" or someone who can easily manipulate people with her cuteness and charm.

"My name is Komekko, the best magical little sister of the Crimson Demon Clan! I’m even stronger than the Demon King’s generals!!"

Everyday Adventures

Komekko often stays home alone or wanders off to play, always searching for something to eat.

She once tried to eat Chomusuke but was stopped by Megumin.

She is always thinking of ways to get food, even bringing home strange animals.

Magical Potential

Even though she can't use magic yet, Komekko shows her talent by using a mana-powered bath that even adults find difficult.

She is said to have the potential to become stronger than Megumin.

Unlocking Wolbach's Seal

Komekko is the real person who unlocked the seal of Wolbach, not Megumin.

She did this by accident, treating the seal like a fun puzzle toy.

Dangerous Encounters

Komekko showed no fear when upper demons came to her village.

Once, during an attack by Sylvia, she slept through most of it and then delivered a funny but fierce attack.

She even made friends with an upper demon, Horst, and promised to form a partnership in the future.

Influencing Others

When she visited Axel town, Komekko’s pure compliments and adorable attitude made the adventurers like her a lot.

They treated her to food and desserts.

Her cheerfulness helped inspire them to finish difficult quests.

In the anime opening of "KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!", Komekko makes a specific pose that fans find cute and funny.
