Tengu

Born under the sign of Leo on August 4th, his height and weight are unknown, but his blood type is B. He is from Choshu, and his hobby is traveling. His favorite food is fugu dishes, while he dislikes konnyaku.

This character has not yet appeared in the anime adaptation. He is a Tengu-like figure who recognizes Sakamoto Ryōma's talent, gives him advice, arranges live venues, and generally supports Ryōma. He is a mysterious person who appears and disappears suddenly, and Ryōma affectionately calls him "Ten-chan."

In fact, his true identity is a fragment of Shouin Yoshida’s good heart that split off just before Shouin Yoshida fell under the spell of Naosuke Ii. During a live event, which was actually a trap to lure Ryōma and his friends, he eventually merges back with the main body of Shouin Yoshida, becoming one again and then disappearing.
