Saki Kamisato is Yūma Kunimi's girlfriend and was in the same class, 2-1, as him in high school. She was the leader of the girls' group in her class and has an older sister who is an outstanding student at university. Regarding her relationship with Yūma, she strongly dislikes Sakuta Azusagawa approaching him, especially due to the problems that tend to occur around him. Sakuta has a bad reputation because of incidents such as the "hospitalization incident," and Saki makes a conscious effort to keep her distance from him in order to protect Yūma’s reputation.
After graduating from high school, Saki enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine's Department of Nursing at the same university as Yūma, without telling him. Yūma did not know about this for about half a year, but later the two reunited, and Saki also became friends with Yūma’s friend Ikumi Akagi. Saki aims to become a nurse and hopes to support Yūma when he becomes a firefighter in the future. She is straightforward in her speech but also has a kind side, caring for her friends.
Compared to before, she is somewhat calmer towards Sakuta, but she still does not hide her dislike for him. Yūma values Saki highly and says, "She has many good qualities," but Sakuta cannot seem to understand her charm.
