Nako is the village doctor living in Cocoyasi Village in the East Blue. He is a respected figure in the village, much like Genzo, and is known for both his skills as a healer and his firm but caring personality. After the village’s liberation, he helped Nami by removing the tattoo left by the Arlong Pirates from her shoulder and gave her a new tattoo to honor Bellemere and Genzo. Nako also skillfully treated Zoro Roronoa after his fight with Mihawk. His actions show that he is willing to make tough decisions for the good of others while still risking his life when needed.
