A long-standing associate of the Phantomhive family, Chlaus is an international informant who travels the world gathering essential information. He is a cheerful middle-aged gentleman known for his global connections, not just within the United Kingdom but all over the world. Chlaus makes his first appearance in Episode 1, where he is introduced as the person who brought back the game requested by Ciel Phantomhive from Italy. However, in Episode 3, it is revealed that this game actually serves as evidence of Azzurro Vanel’s illegal activities.
