Mario

Mario is the owner of the vintage clothing and select shop, "Marriott Lunch Market." He often refers to Kakushi Gotō, who always changes clothes at his shop, as "Clark Kent." Mario frequently assists Kakushi Gotō—such as personally attending his autograph session venues and even lending him a car bearing the shop's logo for convenience.

On one occasion, Mario accidentally sold Kakushi Gotō's entire suit. This incident led to the birth of a new fashion style. In the original manga, Mario rarely appeared after the middle part of the story, but seeing the animated version of Mario made the author realize how entertaining the character could be. As a result, Mario was brought back for important later scenes such as Hime Gotō's birthday party and the final episode.
