Kohaku has blond hair and blue eyes, typically wears a blue dress-like outfit, and usually keeps her hair tied up.

When her hair is undone, it reveals that she actually has extremely unruly, wild hair, even more so than Senkuu’s.

Kohaku is fiercely strong-willed, blunt, and quick to resort to physical action, but she also has the sensitivity and innocence of a girl her age.

Senkuu calls her a “lioness,” while Chrome jokingly calls her a “female gorilla,” and she tends to punish them physically whenever they use these nicknames.

Despite her rough and wild exterior, she cares deeply for her family and friends.

Her behavior is in part a deliberate act: she tries to appear “unfit” to be a priestess so that her older sister Ruri will not lose her reason to keep on living.

In combat or emergencies, Kohaku is surprisingly cool-headed and pragmatic.
