Usually, he has a sinister expression, but when he enters combat, his face transforms into a handsome appearance. His abilities are so formidable that even Ishiguro remarked that his full potential is "unfathomable." However, he never had the chance to fully display his abilities and was ultimately defeated by Mob.

He is recognized as a highly skilled psychic by other "Scars" from different branches, and he can manipulate telekinetic force strong enough to send cars flying. His special move is the "Super Destructive Qi Blast," a powerful release of energy from his palm.

After the 7th Division was disbanded, he, like the other executives, became a target for elimination by excommunication. Nevertheless, in order to oppose Claw Headquarters, he chose to ally himself with Arataka Reigen and his group.
