Edit

Shikimi Shiramine is one of the main heroines in the series Love Tyrant, a sadistic trickster who delights in taking, breaking, and manipulating, while serving as a dangerous wild card in Seiji Aino’s life.

Despite her cheerful, cutesy act, she is a deeply twisted character who thrives on violence, cruelty, and her own pain.

Name: Shikimi Shiramine

Blood Type: AB

First-person pronoun: “Watashi” (standard “I” in Japanese, used in a polite or neutral way)

Shikimi Shiramine is the cousin of Akane Hiyama and Yuzu Kichougasaki.

She is closely tied to the Hiyama family and is deeply involved in the darker side of their affairs.

Within the Hiyama household, Shikimi handles miscellaneous chores that are strongly implied to be dirty work or morally questionable tasks.

Because of this role, she has grown used to danger, violence, and secrecy as part of her daily life.

Compared with the more respected Hiyama and Kichougasaki families, Shikimi has been treated as less important and less valued.

This neglected status shapes her personality, pushing her toward trying to “satisfy” herself only by taking from others.

Shikimi is outwardly cheerful, constantly smiling with a relaxed, almost silly expression.

Underneath that smile, however, she is an extreme sadist and hedonist with almost no moral restraint.

She has no resistance to, or taboo around, sex or violence, treating both as casual playthings.

She loves to destroy or steal what others cherish, and she enjoys inflicting pain or harm on people purely for fun.

At the same time, Shikimi is also a masochist who enjoys being hurt herself, especially when blades or intense pain are involved.

She treats both giving and receiving pain as sources of pleasure, making her a complete deviant by the series’ standards.

Despite her fondness for suffering, she strongly dislikes situations involving Guri when events begin to slip out of her control.

When things do not go her way, or when someone tries to force their sense of justice on her, she flies into a rage.

Shikimi is aware that some people are terrified of her true nature.

However, she takes advantage of this by hiding behind an innocent act when needed, selectively revealing her real self when it benefits her.

Shikimi is a master of disguise.

She can change her appearance so convincingly that even people who know her well may not recognize her.

Her natural hair color is white, but she habitually dyes it pink as part of her chosen persona.

This dyed look helps her maintain her cute, harmless image while concealing her more sinister reality.

On top of her disguises, Shikimi excels at acting and emotional manipulation.

She is highly skilled at reading people, winning their trust, and seizing control of their feelings.

Even strangers quickly fall under her influence as she plays the role of a gentle, kind girl with flawless charm.

This ability to capture hearts and minds makes her extremely dangerous, as her victims lower their guard almost immediately.

Shikimi holds important secrets about Akane Hiyama and Yuzu Kichougasaki, as well as about the Hiyama family as a whole.

Her knowledge and hidden involvement position her as a quiet but crucial player in the larger narrative.

Although she is not consistently framed as a direct enemy to Seiji Aino after her initial appearance, she is also never a reliable ally.

Instead, she functions as a trickster, stirring up chaos, dragging others into trouble, and getting herself involved in any turmoil around Seiji, Guri, and the heavens.

Shikimi’s actions often escalate conflicts, turning already complicated situations into complete chaos.

Her presence destabilizes the balance between humans, angels, and the supernatural systems that govern love and immortality.

At first, Shikimi sees Seiji Aino only as a target to steal from Akane Hiyama.

Her initial interest is simply the thrill of taking something important away from her cousin.

However, once she learns that Seiji is immortal and cannot die, her curiosity turns into fascination.

The idea of an eternal victim who can be hurt indefinitely without dying appeals to her extreme tastes.

She becomes especially interested in him because she can injure him repeatedly without any permanent loss.

On top of that, when she kisses him, she realizes that their “compatibility” is not bad, at least from her perspective.

Using her acting skills, Shikimi easily deceives Seiji at first.

By pretending to be a kind, sweet girl, she wins his trust and makes him feel safe around her.

Because of this, Seiji quickly reveals crucial information to her, including details about Guri and how the heavenly system works.

He has no idea that he is handing dangerous knowledge to someone who is eager to exploit it for her own pleasure.

After learning about immortality, Shikimi decides she wants to become immortal herself, not to avoid death, but to experience endless pain and pleasure.

Her goal becomes to enjoy eternal sensation and to position herself as Seiji’s “girlfriend” in her own twisted way.

From then on, Shikimi’s behavior toward Seiji is neither strictly hostile nor supportive.

She helps or harms him depending entirely on what will entertain her or satisfy her cravings at that moment.

Guri, an angel connected to the Love Tyrant system, becomes a key figure in Shikimi’s developing interests.

Through Seiji and Guri, Shikimi learns how the heavenly mechanisms around love, death, and immortality function.

Shikimi is captivated by the possibilities offered by this system, especially the chance to become immortal.

Immortality, for her, is a way to chase “eternal pain,” which she equates with eternal pleasure.

However, Shikimi dislikes it when Guri’s involvement causes situations to slip beyond her control.

She enjoys chaos only when she is the one orchestrating it, so Guri’s unpredictable nature irritates and unsettles her.

As events unfold, Shikimi’s interactions with Guri and Seiji force her to confront parts of her own inner self.

Through their distorted coexistence, aspects of Shikimi’s psyche that even she never examined begin to surface.

Shikimi’s personality was shaped by a childhood and environment where she was treated as less important than the members of the Hiyama and Kichougasaki families.

Feeling overlooked and undervalued, she developed a mindset that she could only be satisfied by taking from others.

This lack of recognition and affection gave rise to a self that seeks fulfillment through theft, destruction, and domination.

Stealing what others treasure is her way of asserting her existence and power.

Her interest in Seiji begins as a simple desire to steal him from Akane, as if he were just another toy.

But after discovering his immortality and the limitless ways she can injure him, her attention becomes much more personal and intense.

Over time, Shikimi starts to genuinely care about Seiji in her own warped, unconventional way.

Her fascination is not purely sadistic anymore; she becomes intrigued by the bond that forms between them.

Living alongside Seiji and Guri, Shikimi is pulled into a bizarre, twisted everyday life.

This life gradually touches parts of her heart that neither she nor others had ever been able to reach.

Through this, the story hints that there is more to Shikimi than pure cruelty and pleasure-seeking.

Her involvement with Seiji and Guri exposes vulnerabilities and hidden desires that complicate her image as a simple villain.

Within the narrative of Love Tyrant, Shikimi Shiramine serves as a classic trickster.

She is unpredictable, self-serving, and often motivated purely by curiosity and amusement rather than ideology or loyalty.

She is more disruptive than Guri in some situations, because unlike the naive, playful angel, Shikimi’s chaos is deliberate and calculated.

Her actions push the plot into unexpected directions, forcing other characters to react and adapt.

Shikimi’s presence keeps the story from settling into a stable pattern.

Whether she appears as an ally, a rival, or an unpredictable third force, she ensures that no relationship or situation remains simple for long.
