After Siesta falls asleep again, Kimihiko is advised to create an artificial heart with the same genes as Siesta's.
Her main doctor, Steven, at first wants to do the transplant, but is stopped by Noches, who worries Siesta’s mind will be lost if the heart is replaced.
Eventually, Kimihiko and his friends rescue Siesta when someone kidnaps her, and the heart transplant is a success, though she stays asleep for a while.
