The Chancellor of the Delunio Kingdom, who later becomes an aide to Falanya Elk Arbalest, appears starting from Volume 5. He is a short, elderly man who is a powerful figure, effectively ruling Delunio by manipulating the king. Originally from a farming background, he possesses great ambition, aspiring for the rank of Elector, and demonstrates exceptional skill in statecraft.
In Volume 5, he forcibly establishes an alliance with his archenemy, Solgest, and launches a diplomatic offensive against Natra. However, he is ultimately defeated by Wein Salema Arbalest and loses his position. Afterward, with the assistance of an acquaintance, he lives in hiding within the Earthwold Empire, where Falanya discovers him and appoints him as her aide.
Initially, his motivation for supporting Falanya as the next monarch is driven by his desire for revenge against Wein, a fact that Wein and his sister are aware of. However, as he comes to recognize Falanya's talents, he sincerely wishes to see her ascend the throne.
