However, she suffered a defeat in the Oaks, which became a painful memory.

This loss made her worry about not meeting her family's expectations.

She felt heavy pressure to prove herself worthy of her family name.

After meeting Daitaku Helios, Ruby starts to see things differently, slowly opening up and changing her strict way of thinking.

Main Story in Umamusume App

Ruby first appears in the 1.5th Anniversary story, not getting along with Helios but being warm to K.S.Miracle.

In the Power SSR support card, she trains hard for short and mile races, showing both her determination and her caring nature towards those she respects.

Event: Let’s Dance Now!

In this story event, Ruby and Helios aim to win the academy's "Best Date Award."

Ruby not only trains for races but also practices dancing and even designs her own dress, showing her creative, thoughtful side.

The Real Racehorse: Daiichi Ruby

Daiichi Ruby was a famous black bay mare, born from great parents: sire Tosho Boy and dam Hagino Top Lady.

She was called "The Young Lady" because of her strong family line.

Although her debut came late due to some health worries, she proved her worth in short races at age five.

She won the famous Yasuda Kinen, becoming the first filly to achieve this after the introduction of the grading system.

She had exciting rivalries with Daitaku Helios and K.S.Miracle, often finishing first or second together.

Her friend K.S.Miracle sadly broke her leg and passed away after a major race, which deeply affected Ruby's spirit and results.

After retirement, she became a broodmare and lived until age 20.
